If the situation being reported represents an imminent threat to the safety and/or security of LFHS students or staff, the administration must be able to contact the person submitting the report in order to adequately and safely resolve a concern.
If a reporter chooses to share information, but does not share contact information, it may limit our ability to thoroughly investigate a situation. Please remain mindful of this when you choose to anonymously submit information.
If this incident has occurred away from campus, and involves a potential life-threatening situation, please contact local authorities. Incidents requiring immediate attention should be reported directly to a staff member.
