Alpha Exchange is coordinating an exchange between students from George Mason High School and the Attached Middle School to Beijing Normal University during the 2019 school year.

The dates for the exchange are:
Inbound (Falls Church): 1/17/2020- 1/22/2020
Outbound (China): 4/2/2020-4/12/2020
*You can either (a) just host, (b) just travel or (c) both (highly encouraged!)

Pricing Details:
Just Host: $200 hosting stipend
Just Travel: $3,190 trip cost
Host 1 student & travel: $2,690 trip cost  
Host 2 students $ travel: $2,390 trip cost  

Key Deadlines:
Application + $300 Deposit due on 11/15/2019
Second Payment $700 due on Monday, 20 November 2020
Final Balance due on Friday, 9 February 2020
*Parents can also combine payments in full if preferred
*All checks should be made out to Memorable Holidays Inc. and submitted to Ms. Kao.
