Night for the Cure 2015 Team Sign Up

Time: 6:00pm-11:00pm
FUNDRAISING:
-Your team will be responsible for determining a fundraiser at Night for the Cure and purchasing the items/supplies you will need. Some ideas include, but are not limited to the following: Authentic Chinese food, baked goods, pizza, interactive games, raffles, glow sticks, etc.
-Night for the Cure is a ticket currency event. Student accounts and cash may be used to purchase tickets at the event. Each ticket is $1.00. Teams will not be handling any cash at the event.
-Online donations will be made available soon on Montverde.org
TEAMS: This year teams will be made up of at least six people – from advisories, clubs, or groups of friends – the decision is yours, but you must follow these guidelines:
-Must designate a team captain
-Team requirements are outlined on the following sheet.
-Team spirit criteria is outlined on the following sheet.
- Lower School and Middle School teams must have a parent or teacher sponsor who must be with the team throughout the entire evening of NFC.
-ALL Team Members will be charged $5.00 to their student account.
T-SHIRTS: This year we are encouraging students to pre-order NFC 2015 t-shirts (at a discounted price) to wear on the night of the event. If students/staff/teachers pre-order 2015 NFC T-shirt they will be able to wear them at school on March 20th with JEANS. The deadline for pre-ordering t-shirts will be Feb. 20th
-T-shirts are $12.00 (regularly $15.00).
NIGHT FOR THE CURE EVENTS: Night for the Cure also provides the following entertainment:
-Bounce houses, dunk tank, LS and MS/US variety shows, live music, and special speakers from those who have beat cancer and those who are still fighting
MAIN POINT: Cancer isn’t picky; it could be any one of us in the same situation someday, and we would hope there would be someone willing to do the same for us. So please join with us in promoting this event. Our attitudes and support determine the event’s success.
